If you are working from home, you probably had some unmotivating times, times that you could not work another minute on you internet home business. I recently experienced an unmotivated week and at the end of this week I found my motivator. This article is all about tips to keep your internet marketing motivation.

Having an internet home business is not effortless. Most of the new internet home business owners are working a full time job, sometime 8 hours and sometimes 10 or even 12 long hours. They are determined to transform their lives and own their own internet home business and make money working from home. No one told them that entering this kind of business is hard work. That they will have to put in time in their new business and that the money will not just end up in their bank account just because they joined a promising program.

If you are like other people, trying to work a full day job and start an internet home business, you are probably weary and when you get home you want to rest, but then you have to go to you other work, internet home business is a second job if you like it or not, and you need to find time to work on it, work an hour a day 2 or 3 and if you can even work 6 hours as long as you get work done on your new business in order to help it grow.

On several days you will find yourself unmotivated, you are tired, drained, you cannot think, you cannot focus, your eyes are sore and brain is so dry you cannot enter one more thought into it.

Motivation tip Number 1 – Work out. Take a walk, walk around the block, walk your dog, as long as you are walking and getting fresh air, clearing your mind and not doing something related to your work. Go to the Gym, exercising will cheer you up, and fill you with more energy.

Motivation tip Number 2 – Take the day off. Yes, don't work on you business one day, nothing will happen, go to see a movie, watch TV, read a book, play with your kids, whatever you choose to do, just don't work on your internet business. You need the relax and if not working one day is what you need then take a break.

Motivation tip Number 3 – Have a good sleep. Sleeping will not only clear your head, but it will lift you energies up and make you stronger. Finish you work day early and go to sleep, you body is cleaning itself while sleeping and you will see that in the next morning you have more energy, and will work better.

Motivation tip Number 4 – Do you know what is your motivator?
Search and find out what is your motivator, remind yourself why did you start your internet home business from the beginning, what was the reason you decided to make this step and change your life, write this reason on a piece of paper and look at it every time you feel down.

Motivation tip Number 5 – Make a "to do" list. Keep your internet home business controlled. Make a list for your everyday activities and future activities, thing you need to do right away and thing you can do later. Remove the things you already did from the list and enter new things, don't forget to save some time for a break.

Motivation tip Number 6 – Make a list of your goals. List what are your short term goals and your long term goals. You want to earn extra money every month, be financially free, you want to set your own hours, you want to work from home and be your own boss, and you want a new car, a new house, add these goals to your list, and keep this as a reminder for why you are working so hard.

The important thing is that you must do something, it is not the quantity that matters, it is the quality that makes the change, even if you only do one thing a day, as long as it show the results you want, you are a winner.
